Subscription Issue Update

Unfortunately, old subscriptions are not canceling automatically. While I can cancel them manually, technical limitations then prevent me from extending the subscription if you paid through other means. The only way to resolve this issue is to delete the account entirely.

Going forward, I’ll need to delete any account whose subscription has expired. If you’d like to subscribe again, you’ll need to create a new account and contact me to arrange payment so I can enable your subscription.
